I'll admit, I've been draggin' a bit, but the RWBY Volume 1 is finally up. Of course it can be accessed through Inner Dimensions/Video Reviews. The Rant is also shot and ready to be edited, so I'm ahead of the game now ^_^. Let's see... I also had my anniversary and went to the Chrysler Museum for it. I had no idea so much powerful religious art existed @_@, it blew me away. Despite all the good news, after all my caution, I've been bitten by a bug, and by bug I mean an annoying virus :(. It won't stop me from producing my work though, but nobody likes getting sick. Make sure you all carry plenty of hand sanitizer and bundle up. Heck, carry a spare hoody or coat in the car if you have to, because right between these season transitions is where people get sick the most, by underestimating Mother Nature. Well, this is MAYJOR signing out.

In my latest Hub, I explore the best Trap cards currently in the game. I have to admit though, I think my list actually SHOWS I know something about the current game, rather than simply being an exploiter of those who love the game, so please check it out ^_^. You can see my latest Hub if you go to Inner Dimensions/Hubpages, naturally :). My next one may be another how to defeat the current popular decks... But I might explore more advanced methods to win matches, like netting advantage-disadvantage with card plays, ratios in drawing certain cards, holding back your plays, stuff like that.
After receiving some feedback from players, I've made some changes to the Mystic Tales Demo, which from this point forth will be called Version 3. The changes include:
1. New animal sprites in Turquoisa and the Trial Forest to interact with and that just look cute populating the map 2. Corrected errors in current maps (LOL, it's hard to get a writer to do an artist's job...) 3. New battle-Talk options. Basically, instead of you just learning knowledge about Spirit users to debuff them, you can now learn things about your allies and use that knowledge to Buff them/get them to use powerful attacks. Knowledge is now power more than ever ;). 4. Dialogue fixes 5. Replacement of the error-ridden Skip-scene script with some fancy eventing of my own letting you mid-save during a cut scene. Those who played the game will know what I'm talking about :(, and those just playing it won't have to worry about it ;). As usual, if you find any bugs, weird dialogue, bad mapping, etc., please let me know. Even though I've test-played my game till my eyes bled, my mind gets fixed to certain patterns and will naturally miss things your minds won't. So please help a brotha out. I want this demo to be at least functional until I start working on the more action-packed Skirmish demo, and I want to do that before I get my artists and musicians on board. To download the new demo, go to Virtual Dimension/Mystic Tales on this site to see it. Oh, and of course The Maze Game, a short story a part of my Ashtrail University series, is now available here via Creative Exiles.com. I took a stab at writing my own creepypasta story, and I'm personally satisfied with the result ;). Like it, hate it, have a suggestion for a horror story you haven't seen written, please let me know below :). Especially something dealing with tech or video games. Those be my expertise, ya know? To see The Maze Game, which is in four parts (story isn't that long, but my buddies over there insisted I break it into smaller parts.), can be accessed through the Fiction Dimension (of course). Well, that's all for now peops. Peace Out... |
